23andMe lets you export your full genome. Here's how to download it in under two minutes.
Request your download
Go to you.23andme.com/tools/data/download and click Download. 23andMe will email you when it's ready (usually instant).
Extract the zip
You'll receive a genome_FirstName_LastName_Full_YYYYMMDD.zip file. Unzip it — the .txt file inside is what you upload here.
